High-performance valves and actuators for precise flow control and automation. Astreva Global offers a full range of ball, butterfly, gate, globe, and check valves, along with electric and pneumatic actuators, plus accessories for successful installation. Additional accessories include elbows, tees, reducers, couplings; flanges (weld-neck, slip-on, blind); and gaskets (spiral wound, PTFE, graphite) per ANSI / DIN standards. Materials & Standards Valve bodies: Carbon steel, stainless steel (304/316), cast iron, ductile iron, PVC/CPVC options for specific chemical compatibility. Actuators: Electric actuators with modulation or on/off control; pneumatic actuators for fast actuation or harsh environment compatibility. Flanges & gaskets: Weld-neck, slip-on, blind (WN/SO/BL) flanges; gaskets made from spiral wound, PTFE, graphite materials. Standards & certifications: ANSI/DIN/EN compliance for valves, flanges, actuators; pressure / temperature class design per project requirements. Applications Flow control in industrial and commercial piping systems Automation of fluid/steam/gas handling via electric or pneumatic actuators Fire protection systems, HVAC, water treatment, chemical plants Remote operation in harsh or hazardous environments Integration with instrumentation and control systems Key Advantages Precise control & response: electric/pneumatic actuators enable quick and accurate valve actuation. Compatibility & versatility: wide range of valve types and materials, matching flange/gasket/pipe systems. Durability: corrosion-resistant materials, quality sealing. Ease of maintenance: standardized components and spare parts; actuator modules serviceable. Certified performance: products go through rigorous QC and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) reporting. Installation & Handling Notes Sizing & selection: choose valve type & actuator size based on flow rate, pressure drop, torque requirements. Actuator integration: ensure electrical or pneumatic supply meets actuator requirements; check fail-safe or manual override options. Flange & gasket compatibility: match flange face type (RF, FF, etc.), bolt pattern; ensure correct gasket compression. Maintenance access: leave adequate space for actuator servicing; ensure access for lubrication. Environmental protection: for actuators in outdoor or corrosive environments, use IP-rated enclosures or stainless materials. Quality & Documentation All components are sourced from approved suppliers and undergo on-site QC. Transparent FAT reporting is provided. Technical datasheets, material test certificates, pressure/temperature class documentation, and actuator specification sheets are available upon request.
