High-quality distribution transformers for efficient and reliable power delivery. Available in both oil-immersed and dry-type versions, these transformers are engineered to meet IEC and IEEE standards. Supplied with transparent Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and comprehensive documentation, they ensure minimal losses, excellent insulation levels, and long operational life across harsh environments. Features & Specifications Types: Dry-type (ventilated resin or cast coil) and oil-immersed designs. Standard Compliance: Designed per IEC/IEEE voltage classes; thermal, insulation, load and efficiency testing; on-site QC. Cooling & Insulation: Various cooling methods (AN / AF / ONAN / ONAF etc. for oil type; air cooling / natural ventilation for dry type), high-grade insulation materials, optional temperature rise sensors and bushings. Protection & Accessories: Tap changers (on-load / off-load), surge arresters, protection relays, monitoring instrumentation, heat exchangers for oil-immersed units. Applications Power utilities & electrical distribution networks Industrial / commercial buildings as step-down transformers Renewable energy integration, solar farms, wind farms Critical infrastructure: hospitals, data centers, campuses Urban / rural electrification and microgrid installations Key Advantages High efficiency and low losses → reduced operational costs Robust insulation and cooling design → reliability in hot/climatic & harsh environments Safety & compliance → CIRCUIT-BREAKER & protection compatibility, reliable transformer operation under overloads Scalable size & capacity to match project needs (from small dry-type units to large oil-immersed transformers) Full documentation & testing → ensures compliance and easier commissioning Installation & Operational Notes Proper foundation and mounting, vibration isolation, correct alignment required Ambient temperature, ventilation or oil cooling flow to be considered in hot climates Oil-immersed units need oil handling, fill, regular oil testing; dry-type units need dust protection and moisture control Adequate clearances for safety and maintenance, bushings layout should accommodate wiring Periodic inspections: insulation resistance, temperature rise, load performance, transformer oils (if oil type) Quality & Documentation Approved supplier network, on-site QC, transparent FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) reports. Complete manufacturing documentation including material test certificates, winding configurations, thermal & insulation test results, efficiency data provided.
