Purpose & Scope
All suppliers, sub-suppliers and contractors of Astreva must comply with this Code, covering ethics, human rights, environment, quality, information security and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements

Legal Compliance & Integrity: Adherence to all applicable laws/standards; accurate records; zero tolerance for bribery, facilitation payments and conflicts of interest (aligned with ISO 37001).

Human Rights & Labor: No forced/child labor; fair wages/hours; zero tolerance for discrimination/harassment; aligned with ILO conventions and UNGPs.

Health & Safety: Safe workplace, risk assessments, training, PPE; contractor control; ISO 45001 principles.

Environment: Waste/chemical management, emissions control, resource efficiency; ISO 14001, REACH/RoHS compliance.

Quality & Traceability: Conformance to specs, incoming/in-process/final checks; EN 10204 3.1 where applicable; lot/serial traceability; controlled Change Management (MOC).

Delivery & Service: On-time, damage-free delivery; rapid root-cause analysis and 8D/CAPA for nonconformities.

Conflict Minerals: 3TG due diligence per OECD Guidance; CMRT/EMRT declarations; use RMI-conformant smelters/refiners where feasible.

Info Security & Confidentiality: GDPR/KVKK compliance; access control, data protection; aligned with ISO 27001.

Export Controls & Sanctions: End-use/end-user screening; compliance with EU/US/TR sanctions regimes.

Cascading to Sub-Suppliers: Ensure this Code is flowed down and enforced across the supply chain.
Verification

Documentation: Provide policies, certificates and test reports upon request (ISO, CE/UKCA, ATEX/IECEx, etc.).

Right to Audit: On-site/remote audits by Astreva or authorized third parties.

Noncompliance & Remedies: Corrective action plans; repeated breach may lead to suspension/termination and notification to authorities.
Reporting

Confidential reporting channels are available for concerns; zero tolerance for retaliation.
