Commitments

• Legal compliance & risk-based control: Hazard identification, risk assessment and hierarchy of controls (elimination → engineering → administrative → PPE).

• Training & competence: Induction, job-change and periodic training for high-risk work; regular toolbox talks.

• Permit to work: For hot work, confined spaces, work at height and electrical tasks.

• PPE & equipment safety: Standards-compliant PPE, periodic inspections/calibration; authorization for forklifts, cranes, etc.

• Contractor management: Site rules, shared risk controls, audits and performance tracking.

• Incident/near-miss: Reporting culture, root-cause analysis and CAPA.

• Emergency preparedness: Teams, drills and equipment for fire, spill, earthquake, etc.

• Consultation & participation: OHS committee and suggestion system.

• Continuous improvement: Internal audits, KPIs and Management Review.
